If you are not able to access your two-factor authentication (2FA) code, please contact our customer support team via email, from the email associated with your account.

To verify your account ownership and start the recovery process, we will request certain account-related information. Upon successful review and verification of the provided data, you will regain access to your account within 48 hours.
